    Position Overview

    We seek a self-driven and results-oriented Salesperson with a proven track record of success in dental technology or analytics sales. The ideal candidate is a driven professional who thrives on exceeding sales goals, building long-term relationships, and serving as a trusted advisor to customers. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in Claritype’s growth within the dental vertical by driving revenue and fostering customer success.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Identify and qualify leads within the dental technology and analytics market.

    • Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with dental service organizations (DSOs), practices, and other stakeholders. Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their needs and aligning them with Claritype’s solutions.

    • Cross-Selling and Up-Selling: Proactively identify opportunities to expand customer accounts through cross-selling and up-selling. Educate customers on the value of additional Claritype products and services.

    • Market Expertise:Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the dental tech space. Leverage market insights to position Claritype’s solutions effectively.

    • Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align strategies and share feedback. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in CRM tools.

    Qualifications

    • Experience: 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in dental technology, dental analytics, or a related field.

    • Knowledge of Analytics Tools: Familiarity with analytics concepts and tools (e.g., dashboards, KPIs, data warehouses).

    • Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas consistently.

    • Relationship Building: Proven success in developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

    • Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.

    • Domain: Familiarity with the dental industry, including DSOs and practice management challenges.

    • Self-Driven: Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

    • Good Sense Of Humor

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
